Dr. Yang fosters ESG-aligned practices through his proficiency in business advisory, mineral and energy advisory, and technology and start-up advisory. He provides guidance to a team of environment consultants and assurance consultants in scientific applications of ESG solutions.
Dr. Yang is a seasoned professional with a comprehensive background in corporate advisory, backed by a wealth of credentials including a Doctoral degree in Mineral Economics from CUGB and a Master of Finance degree from the University of New South Wales. Holding designations such as a CFA charterholder, a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser sanctioned by the Institute of Valuers and Appraisers, Singapore, and a Certified Mineral Valuer, Dr. Yang’s expertise is further fortified by a Start-up Valuation Certificate from Duke University, USA. He is also a Registered Management Consultant, certified by the Institute of Management Consultants (Singapore).
Throughout his career, Dr. Yang has advised a broad range of clients from leading banks and financial institutes; government linked corporations in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and China; large multi-national corporations and conglomerate operating in multiple sectors and public companies listed on SGX, ASX, HKEx, and LSE.
Stephanie Chan

Ms. Chan graduated from the University of Hong Kong and furthered her study in Environmental Assessment and Management from the University of East Anglia. She is specialised in environmental impact assessment (EIA), environmental management, pollution remediation, green auditing and sustainability. She has participated in various research projects in relation to indoor air quality, water pollution, environmental toxicology, renewable energy, biodiversity, urban ecology, etc.
With years of academic study and research, she has rich experience in preparing precise and concise reports and essays regarding environmental assessment, sustainable development and climate change-related issues, which provides a good foundation for her services in preparing ESG reports and give sustainability advice. Ms. Chan is a Practitioner Member of the Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA), from which she is continuously learning the most updated international best practices for transforming the world to sustainability.

Since 2008, Mr. Tsang has been actively involved in the financial consulting industry. In 2016, he founded GreenCo and has since been dedicated to aiding more than 70 listed companies in developing their ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) strategies and policies, as well as assisting them in preparing their initial ESG reports. He has also delivered over 100 presentations on various ESG topics.
Mr. Tsang’s expertise is truly diverse, spanning business, accounting, finance, statistics, and ESG, enabling him to gain a comprehensive understanding of different industries. This breadth of knowledge allows him to offer well-rounded advice in the realm of sustainability management. He holds reputable professional qualifications from Hong Kong, the United States, and the UK, which add to his credibility.
Furthermore, Mr. Tsang has cultivated an exceptional network, facilitating the formation of outstanding international teams for specific projects. Based in Hong Kong, he has successfully earned the trust of fund managers and listed companies, including Blue-chip firms, not only in Hong Kong but also from clients in Singapore and the United States.Max has over 10 years of experience in the valuation and transaction advisory industry. He has played a leading role in many prominent valuation projects including valuation of global luxury brands, World Bank funded utility projects, oil and gas extraction projects in the United States and Canada, infrastructural projects under build-operate-transfer model, solar and wind power plants, banks, logistic hub in Singapore, a toll road in the United Kingdom, a container port in Brazil and a premium food manufacturer in Spain.
